At Bathroom Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if your fixtures or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all mounting hardware and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
